We support sample requests for testing. Samples can be provided as required and you only need to cover the shipping cost.

· How do you ensure every roller meets the same standard?

We have established a complete and strict quality control system with multi-layer inspections throughout the whole process:

—Incoming raw material inspection

—In-production patrol inspection

—Full inspection of finished goods

All products are traceable to comply with unified factory standards.

· Do you have ISO, CE or SGS certifications?

We have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and all our products have passed SGS testing.

· Can you customize products or packaging?

We support both OEM and ODM services.

—Product customization: We accept customized products. You need to send us samples or drawings for our technical department to verify production feasibility.

—Packaging customization: We offer logo printing, gift box design and carton design services.

· What is your lead time?

Goods will be shipped within 45 days after receiving your payment. We arrange production strictly as scheduled with scientific inventory and production schedule management. We can also quickly coordinate production for urgent orders.
